Refund policy

If you wish to return your order, this can be done within 14 business days from the date you receive the order.

Returned items must be clean, unused, and include all original tags and branding. If a product is returned damaged and, following inspection, the damage is found to be caused by improper use, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we have received the returned item and completed a quality inspection. The refund will be made to the same bank account used for the original purchase.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The returned product remains your responsibility until it reaches us. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
