My name is Elizabete Akmeņkalne, and I am the founder of City Souls.
The Vision Begins
I have obtained a canine handler's education from the Latvian Cynological Federation, as well as professional groomer training.
This experience helped me to develop a clear a vision – to create a luxury grooming salon where peace, harmony, and highest level of care for every pet.
Our mission
The goal is to create a place where beauty and well-being meet, where every pet is cherished with respect, patience and love. This salon offers a truly new experience in Latvia – a modern, aesthetic and warm space where wonderful people and their happy companions meet.
What matters most is that every dog that comes here leaves not only looking beautiful, but also feeling happy.
